LIZ TS Home Tuition is offering parents reliable referrals for home tuition services. All the services provided by LIZ TS Home Tuition or the private tutor are subjected to the terms and conditions that are listed below. Parents & Tutors should acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions before proceeding.

FOR Home Tutors

Registration
To qualify as a home tutor of LIZ TS Home Tuition, you should be:
1. at least 20 years old
2. A minimum of ‘O’ Level or diploma qualification
3. Resident of Malaysia
You must provide a copy of your qualifications and IC copy when required. LIZ TS Home Tuition reserves complete rights to reject any applicants.

Commitment
Cases for the Tuition from our clients will be forward to the tutors via call or SMS. Once you accept our terms and conditions, you allow LIZ TS Home Tuition to send you tuition case at any time. 50% commission will be collected in advance from the tutor for any cases received by the tutors. Once the payment received within 24 hours, the parents contact will be released to the tutor

If you find yourself not interested in any cases, kindly reply via SMS not interested or not available.

Once you accept the case, you are committed and you cannot cancel any cases which all depend on case by case. However, clients of LIZ TS Home Tuition reserves complete rights to terminate you if found unfitting. Postponement and cancellation of the cases and lessons are strongly discouraged. We keep a complete check over the activities of the tutors during tuitions and we will filter out those who are not serious and responsible.

First impressions of the tutor are of great importance as they impart our committed you are to us and to the student. Therefore, the first lesson of every case is very important and crucial and we discourage any sort of delays or cancellations in the first lesson. But if you really in need to change the schedule for the first lesson, then kindly consult it first with the client and then inform us later. In order to reconfirm the necessary details, you are supposed to give a call to the client/ parents.

Compensation
In case any cases has been cancelled by the parents within 60 days, the commission collected will be refunded to the tutor within 14 working days.

Parents are given complete choice of changing the teacher or if they find tutor unsuitable or not meeting their requirements after the 1st lesson.

Once the tuition case is confirmed, you are not allowed to cancel the cases after 1 month of lessons are completed. If the cases are terminated by tutor before first month, there will be no compensation to the tutor.

Foul Play
Tutors are not allowed to make private contacts with them where the tutors often force the clients for early termination of the cases with the purpose of earning better. Such acts are highly banned and shall not be tolerated in any case. If tutor found in any such activity, he/she will be held liable in compensating the losses of LIZ TS Home Tuition. Tutor will also be kicked out from our platform.

Conduct and Customer’s Complaints
Tutor’s conduct is very important in home tuitions. Any sort of complains and feedbacks from the clients about the behavior and conduct of the tutor will be taken seriously and tutor will be asked for explanations if required. More complains about a tutor means his lesser chances of getting cases until and unless he/she change his/her conduct.

Note
Any loss to the client’s property @ Tuition place, books of the child, stationary and other stuff by the tutor is highly discouraged by us and tutor would have to pay the losses in any such cases if proven guilty. LIZ TS Home Tuition will not bare any such losses or damages done by tutors. We will not be responsible for any of the tutor’s damages and expenses either on their vehicles or on themselves.
